    We are official partners for both Odoo and ShipStation. We provide patches when APIs change on the ShipStation side.

    We have a lot of our customers using this connector, we maintain this codebase and support newer versions of Odoo as well.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Unfortunately, we cannot pull the code back once you have downloaded the module. If you are running into trouble getting the connector to work, we will work with you to resolve the problem.

  • What is the licensing with this Odoo app?

    If you have an active support agreement with us (sold seperately), we will issue the new version of the connector free of charge. If you do not have a support agreement with us, please reach out to us at [email protected]

  • Can I use your Odoo-ShipStation connector on Odoo SH or my on-premise Odoo installation?


  • Can I use your Odoo-ShipStation connector on the Odoo Online (SAAS) platform?

    No, unfortunately Odoo Online doesn’t support third-party modules. If you need help moving your Odoo to Odoo SH or the cloud, please contact us.

  • How do you track the licensing of this module?

    This Odoo-ShipStaton connector pings our licensing server every 2 weeks. You are not allowed to remove the licensing code from this module and will be considered in breach of contract if you do so.
